What to Tell Us
The more context you give upfront, the more useful our first response will be. For production enquiries, it helps to know:
Type of production — Feature film? Documentary? Commercial? Short-form series? This affects rebate eligibility and the services that apply.
Approximate budget and T&T spend — The rebate minimum thresholds are significant. If your T&T spend is below a certain level, some services will not make financial sense.
Timeline — When are you planning to begin pre-production? The rebate infrastructure needs to be in place before you start spending in T&T — not after wrap.
Co-production structure — Are you a foreign production company looking to co-produce with a T&T entity? Or a T&T company seeking international co-production partners? Both are possible; the approach is different.
